Went for the 1st time and food was spot on service was even better . The whole family enjoyed the meals.Food: 5/5
Worst customer service disappointing experience Ordered through the app and went to pick up the order after more than one hour my order was not even in let alone ready in store, when asked the manager said if the order is not in there is nothing they can do. They were happy to take the money but didn’t even try to help even after I showed the order in my phone. Why would I ever visit another Nandos again! Knowing we’ll what my issue was no one even followed up after to see if I would like a refund at least. So the massage is simple As a local my recommendation is not to visit this business but spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
I've never made reviews before but I feel obligated to start with this. If you have 45-60 minutes to waste and not get your food, start here. To be clear, my order was a classic wrap with chips. The staff need training on how to read/pack orders, they were staring at the receipts longer than it takes to read a Harry Potter book. When asked for an update, I was told 'soon' 20 minutes in and 'soon' 45 minutes in. At which point a refund was necessary, no apology was provided for taking so long and still not receiving my order. It seemed like 'just another refund' from their persective, glad they were trained on that. Don't waste your time, avoid this store.
I love the convenience of having a nandos location in cragieburn but I am so sick of the customer service here that I had to make this review. These young girls need proper training and must learn how to serve their customers with respect. So much attitude and lack of knowledge. We asked for water cups from the girl at the front and she said they don't serve water when they clearly had cups on an empty table from previous customers, she ran back into the kitchen and handed us cups with attitude.
Terrible expirience. Went in to eat with a friend and we ordered the same thing, a wrap with chips. My friends order came out in 15 minutes. After about 40 minutes I asked the waitress where my food was and she said oh we've been busy we will start making it now and walked off frustrated that I asked the question. I then waited a further 20 minutes for my food to come out, the order was wrong and the chips were soggy. I then asked for my wrap to be fixed and the waitress was so rude and literally almost threw the plate on my table when she returned with the correct wrap. So disappointed in her service especially.
If i could give it a zero star i would, very unprofessional Ordered a AVI GOODNESS which was nothing close to it, i couldnt even swallow the first bite as the chicken was very has to chew wasnt cooked well, when a approched the restaurant and spoke to the manger/owner she stated that its a chicken breast and thats how it is supposed to be, tried to explain to her but she sticked to her opinion and never listened to what i was saying. Shame on nandos to give you a franchise. I went ahead and complained to the head office as well
Worst possible service of all the Nandos I have been to. Always take ages to prepare orders. The staff is so rude they don’t SV been feel the need to apologise for the long delay. They will just rudely inform you that your order isn’t ready yet and you have to wait for as long as they wish to take.
Terrible experience, order food online and its been 2 hours the food is not delivered, they charged delivery as well but the food didnt show up , calling on nandos craigieburn but nobody is picking up call , pathetic and poor customer service
This Nandos restaurant has become the worst in Melbourne! Everytime I order they never fail to disappoint me with their poor quality food chips not fresh, rotten veggies or missing ingredients once I had to complain to the head office and yet they did nothing about it! It is such a shame that we have a store in our local suburb yet we cant order due the bad service!
Since i am from Adelaide do I had to compare food etc with the Adelaide Nando. The chicken size was extremely small, more like a sparrow. Tables were really awkwardly placed, no room for a free walk, plus tables shoved into each other so really hard for people to adjust on a nearby table if one of the table was full i.e. 4 people sitting around it.
