This restaurant is so terrible that it doesn’t deserve one star. As a customer, Nando’s chicken albany have gotten my and my husbands order four times in a row - I have only been to this restaurant four times so you do the math on how unreliable they have been. I complained and was told I would be called back by that manager that night - I was never called back and had to call them. Manager didn’t care which suggests to me problem is with management as well as staff. As a long time lover of Nando’s chicken I am shocked an embarrassed at how low quality the service is here and don’t think they should be in business given my overall experience with them. I don’t think they should be allowed to be part of the franchise. Nando’s chicken have always been great to me for customer service so i have an overall good impression of them but if something doesn’t happen further I am more than happy to let everyone I can know about this experience and file a formal complaint with Nando’s head office. The amount of mistakes that Nando’s chicken albany has made with my order, the times they have left out chicken, chips coleslaw and other components would have equated to at least $30 or more which I would have expected to have been compensated back with a sincere apology from management. This is not acceptable practice from any restaurant. I have given them two opportunities to make this right now and they have declined because it is “against policy” - I am happy to make sure that policy changes and do what it takes to see this is implemented so that other customers never have to experience the level of incompetence I have ever again. If I do not hear back with a sincere aplology and compensation for the hassle and stress this has caused me I will take this to management and all social media channels I can until this is properly and correctly resolved.

Waited ages for our food and when it finally arrived everything was either cold or warmish. They weren't overly busy, not even a half full restaurant. I can understand one or two things reducing in heat while waiting for other food, not best practice but I can understand it, but from two meals to have not one item anywhere near being hot. Will not be returning to this store.

Not all Nandos are equal, the one in Silverdale is absolutely perfect to my taste.
