The interior inside is so beautiful the reception area is decorated nicely . The staff is welcoming and quick . a lot of seating space inside and outside too. The presentation was good and taste good too . They give takeaway boxes too for leftovers if someone want .
Ordered a whole chicken mix platter, missing one drum stick ask the waitress and a man from kitchen came out to explain that the drum just missing the bone. As long as there is 8 pieces of cut chicken but we didn't bother to count. We weren't happy. Did not manage to take a picture of our platter but this is our halumi cheese we ordered.
Fast service. I visited around 8pm and the restaurant was almost full. Food was good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price is cheap.Recommended dishesBBQ Chicken
Our goto lunch place. Price okay for a family of 5. First time they served chicken into 4 pieces. They usually cut in small portions. Pita bread always the winner! Yum.
Surprisingly great and tasty food. Worth the money, I ordered salad, mild chicken wings and mild quarter chicken. Was soft and juicy, salad was good and fresh. Highly recommended. Parking: Lots of parking. No issues looking for a park.
TLDR: STOP GOING TO NANDOS! I used to love nandos despite their high prices. Now it’s just unbearable. For $17 you get a tiny bowl of paella - rice with bits of veggies and a few thin chicken slices. For $17.50 you get four tiny pieces of thinly sliced “chicken thighs”. Excuse me?! Have you ever seen chicken thighs? These are essential ham-thick chicken cutlets. Not to mentioned the chips are soggy and you have to self-serve like KFC. I Will NEVER EVER patronise nandos again. Guys, visit at your own peril and disappointment.
Good place, nice food. Just please bring the tomato sauce back into the menu, as most of the kids don't like spicy and some adults can't handle the spicy of their health condition. But the chicken was flavoured and tender
The cleanliness needs more focus. The last 3 times I have been here, many tables have dirty plates and old food left out. Even after I requested a tidy, the staff did not do a proper wipe down. Many of the dirty plates were there for my entire 45-60min stay at the restaurant. This does attract flies and is not particularly pleasing atmosphere to eat in. After my food arrived, we found no clean cutlery or plates… we had to request them from the staff. The restaurant was only half busy…. Many of the staff seem to more interested in hanging out and having a chat. The manager did seem particularly focused either. Will not be keen on
Shared a 1/2 chicken BBQ and chips with a friend. Our order was taken quickly at the counter and the staff member that served us was helpful with the menu. The chicken was well cooked and delicious and the chips were perfectly salted. One thing to note was that there were quite a few tables that needed to be cleared which messed with the otherwise nice atmosphere. A staff member got around to cleaning eventually but I would assume that they are a bit understaffed.
We just had the most awesome meal and service from Botany. From the moment we walked in on Boxing day very busy. The girl on the order counter was very professional and we only waited for 10 min for our food. The staff were all calm and professional in what they were doing.Compliments to all of the staff. The best store I experienced in New Zealand for 20 years in this country.Keep it up guys. Parking: Plenty convenient parking
