Place was fine and can accommodate large number of groups. Spacious and interior is well planned. Can be ordered either scanning the barcode or from the counter. The staff was welcoming. We ordered a 1/2 peri peri chicken, 2 garlic bread, 2 pita bread and a Mediterranean salad. We have to pick our utensils and I liked it so then we can enjoy our time without any interruptions. The chicken was delicious and it was well cooked. We went with the mild option. I loved the garlic bread. It was crunchy and and soft at the same time. The salad portion is big, they have put more leaves and we couldn’t finish it. Overall experience was good and we didn’t encounter any bigger disappointments here.
Food was decent nothing over the top. The chicken was yum but the buns were a bit cold. The worst was that it took 45mins to get the food and we were in a rush to get somewhere else. Would have been nice to have been informed that the food would take a long time.Food: 3/5
Very very unprofessional staff. I do go to Nandos pretty often and this store has always disappointing me with their customer service. Staff is very rude. I did ordered Quarter chicken and requested breast piece. After waiting for like 40 minutes they got me leg piece. I was really disappointed and did informed the staff. He was pretty rude with me and denied to tell his name. Caucasian guy with long hairs Have to wait again for like 30 minutes to get my order. Thank you
Visited this restaurant Jan 7th around 4:15 pm and have to say rather disappointing . There were 4/5 serving staff chatting amongst themselves when we arrived . We were not acknowledged and eventually told we could sit anywhere. Neither of the tables we wanted to sit at had been cleaned and we were not told we had to order and pay at the bar. I ordered 2 meals and 2 beers, not offered glasses and when I got back to our table I find the beer bottles were crown capped so had to return to bar to have them opened. No cutlery or napkins came with the meals. Food was tasty but the service almost non existent - not rushing back any time soon
Great location and great size with lots of space, but the food left a little to be desired. I thought most standard meals would have been quite flavourful, but mine tasted more like a homemade burger, and was not worth the money. It was cold and only the chicken in the middle had been heated. The chips were relatively nice and good value though.
You can't go wrong with a cheeky Nandos the staff are cool and it's really clean, I like NZ Nandos. Dietary restrictions: This Nandos is halal.

Went there with the family. First they were out of ribs. Then they ran out of garlic bread. So we ordered alternatives and they added 5 pita breads? Still the chicken was on point and the server was very apologetic and embarrassed. Not her fault. Still one of my favorite chain restaurant anywhere.Recommended dishesBBQ, Peri Chips
Was down in welly for lunch, I've never had a good experience with this nandos, but it's been getting progressively worse. Gf wanted to go, wasn't my idea. - Cold buns - they put the chips on the wrong tray my gf and I ordered different chips, I got hers and she got mine - cold chips Honestly do not recommend going here
Pretty good lunch for the price. Restaurant was relatively clean and tidy but there were a few dirty tables about. Wasnt to impressed with the knives and forks that were sticky and seemed like they needed to be put through a dishwasher. Service was good.
