Called to pick up order but no one would serve you. After 2 attempts to pick up my order from counter as no one was serving the manager was rude and hostile and ordered burger was cold, didn't have all the toppings paid for and had a piece of last years tomato on it. Burger paddy was still icy in the middle. Never again
I’ve ordered from this nandos a few times, and today I found this piece of plastic in my wrap, thinking it was a chicken bone but lo and behold it came from a container. I’ve never felt so disgusted before. I’ll never order wraps from them again
I ordered a Hot Halloumi Chicken Pita and this is what I got. A MINI pita that looks as though it was torn open with hands instead of cut with a knife. Two teeny tiny chicken tenders shoved inside with lettuce and tomato. No sauce. No halloumi. Half the size of a normal pita. And to top it all off, it’s been thrown in a chip box with chips I didn’t even order.nNever going to this Nandos again.
Orders via Uber eats. Chips were cold. Payed $20 for a chicken bacon burger. The was only enough chicken to cover half the burger. If you don’t have enough chicken for burgers don’t rip people off by serving half portions
It’s like they get annoyed you want to be served as they try get you to do everything on line, then he rudely says it’s going to be 40-50 mins for my food so I said il wait and I go check on my order after 30 mins only to be told it’s ready and been ready for 8 mins so not only did he say that to possibly scare me off but now I have cold food will not go back there there always too busy and understaffed.
