I’ve ordered from this nandos a few times, and today I found this piece of plastic in my wrap, thinking it was a chicken bone but lo and behold it came from a container. I’ve never felt so disgusted before. I’ll never order wraps from them again
Called to pick up order but no one would serve you. After 2 attempts to pick up my order from counter as no one was serving the manager was rude and hostile and ordered burger was cold, didn't have all the toppings paid for and had a piece of last years tomato on it. Burger paddy was still icy in the middle. Never again
5/5 stars! Our favorite Nando's never disappoints! The team at Wanneroo always deliver exceptional service and awesome chicken. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it perfect for casual dinners and lunches. We're hooked! Can't wait for our next visit!
Manager’s Son working at the store. I am coming to this store with my Supported Disabled client everytime. Today I ordered one Peri Peri Chips and one Wrap in a regular combo, however on asking the boy why I am still waiting for chips, he just came upto me saying that you have not ordered. He was anxious and got angry on me without any reason. I just told him that its okay I don’t want now as I have not paid for it, however I told him to improve the way he talks to the customer. I know his Dad.nI am sorry but definitely he needs to improve because this will lead to loss as well as will never grow in life with such attitude. Thank you.nDefinitely you can check the camera he is point finger and telling me that you pay, I never told I will not pay, I only told him that its okay I don’t want to order now because it is late and I have to take my client for shopping.
Asanga was incredibly helpful behind the counter, the were very busy and he took my order very calmly and was so incredibly nice. Workers like this make me appreciate places and want to go back. Cheers Asanga
