Absolutely awful service if I could give it a zero I would, as I can see from previous reviews I was met with the same awful girl with terrible customer service. I went to the counter to ask a question, order something extra and the other girl just looked at me and told me to wait and go to the rude girl… who in front of my face said ‘I’ll deal with her’… I didn’t bother to order more she treated me with such disrespect.nnThey had no wings I was okay with that I said things happen as I work in hospitality too. I just asked if there was something of the same value even offered to pay extra.nThe girl at the counter was so rude saying we can just refund you, you can leave, that was before I even sat down.nWhen we received the chicken ribs they were tiny I know they’re supposed to be charred however these were burnt and had hardly any meat. The corn and garlic bread were good.nThe chef was grateful I didn’t worry too much about them not having wings. The manager when I gave him feed back on the girl was shocked she spoke to me like that. Manager and chef nice… girl at the counter avoid at all costs and don’t even bother asking questions to her.nnWhen I gave feedback to the girl she said it’s not her job, when I said I’m a chef I work in the same industry I was met with this… and I quote:nn‘It doesn’t seem like you are you’re extremely rude’.nnThe table next to me encouraged to complain.nnWill never return and will tell others not to bother going there too.nn*Edit to add.. I apologise to customers there and the manager for raising my voice to the server. When you work so hard as a solo parent for your qualifications, to make money for a roof over your head and to make a business .. to be met by that type of customer service and spoken to like that by a young entitled employee who thinks that’s fine to speak like that. Some of us snap, unfortunately tonight I did however your server might want to earn her customer service wage and actually give customer service.
Fresh hot peri peri chips with extra salt! Lady at the counter was lovely. No pressure here to order using the subpar app. Lots of sauces available. Mix hot and medium to dip your chips in!
Went in for a light dinner, place wasn’t busy.nnOrdered chicken tender and sweet potato and waited for 15 minutes.nn2 other customers who were between 5-10 minutes who came in after me were served first.nnWhen my food came, chicken was cold, sweet potato was ok.nnDid not even apologise nor explain the delay.nnWon’t be spending my money here again.
Another great Nando s! Due to other reviews I was a little hesitant to try this place out but it’s was raining and cold perfect for hot/spicy food and I was nearby….and I was glad I gave this place a shot.nCustomers was good and friendly and the food came out really quickly. Like we sat down for maybe a few mins and we were served. Everything was cooked to perfection! And I feel that they gave me more than the usual amount of chicken for my paella which was obviously great or the other places have been skimping…nAnd this place got so busy so quickly ! When we finished there was a line outside the store waiting to order !nAll in all def a great place !
This has got to be the worst Nandos ever!nI tried calling you guys from 6-9 Pm evening as you got my order wrong and then again. You also got the second order wrong as well! This is the worse service ever, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing money from people and the poor customer service!
