I had to wait nearly 45 minutes that was longer than usual. One worker was very rude to me today. All I did was ask her nicely to please double check my order because I live far away and if anything is missing I can’t come back. She just lost it and her facial expression was so bad and tone of voice was very very rude. And I said why you acting like this. It’s wrong. And she comes closer to my order and tells me “why you here. No one wants you here and no one likes you ?” That was so random and unexpected of a worker to say to a customer. I didn’t provoke her to act like this towards me. So sad that young adults are behaving so rudely to their customers. She needs to learn how to behave with customers and be respectful and polite at all times. Very sad today. I won’t be going there for long time and will spread this to my community so they know about this girl’s behaviour. Another thing that upset me was the manager there didn’t even apologise. Which showed me that the girl was right what she said to me. And during my complaining to this manager this girl was still making facial expressions and laughing about it with the other workers. Ridiculous. Unacceptable
Food was delicious as usual and even though they were very busy, the service was pretty good. We were intending to eat in but it was just too noisy. Music up pretty loud so everyone was talking loudly. We thought it would be better to get takeaway and have at home. Dietary restrictions: My daughter has allergies to gluten and lactose so it's one place we know that she can have a great meal.
Food was warm and yummy. And staff were friendly and welcoming.Food: 5/5
Girl taking the order was efficient and friendly. Dined in and food came quickly and served with a smile. The drinks menu on the table and the holder looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly ever but apart from that all ok.
Have been coming here regularly, it was amazing till the renovation. Came back twice after so renovation which changed nothing inside, not sure whether they had different staff and cooks, food went from amazing to horrible. Waited 1 hour for my order and they didn’t even scan my loyalty card properly so that no points were added. The same time we also had to wait 30 minutes when there was only another customer before us. Chicken was dry and stale, and the amount of peri peri salt they added in chips was enough to kill an elephant. Sadly everything went downhill after renovation, had to change from 5 stars to 1 .
I ordered classic wrap and got blt I don’t eat bacon so that was a disgusting surprise and not to mention the lettuce had black marks on it and looked old. Chips were stale. Husbands order was wrong he received a bbq pita of some sort but ordered a classic to. Didn’t receive our paid for condiments dipping sauce Every time I get food from here I am disappointed never comming here again. Don’t know why it’s so hard to ATLEAST get 70% of the order correct. Your store gets 100% of the order wrong every time. I love nandos but this is just a joke, do better. The reviews are all the same too I don’t understand why the owner dosent put more effort Into the shop
Who new nandos could sell out of chicken, I tried ordering multiple different meal bundles and every single attempt was met with ‘sorry this restart has ran out of an item in your order’. Tried calling the store and was met with no answer. Seems like someone can’t be bothered cooking 45 minutes before closing time but that’s a stab in the dark
Ordered a pick-up and they were ready early! Very quick and friendly service. I didn't realise that it was ready early so the temperature was a little low by the time I got to eating it, but the food was still delicious! It was also really handy that their website included their nutritional info. This is super important for me, a newly diagnosed coeliac who loves their Nando's Dietary restrictions: Has a good variety of Gluten Free and Diabetic Friendly options!
Disgusting, got uber eats front Nandos calamvale, bag was sealed and when we opened it a cocaroach crawled out! Could not contact store only customer service who said to send them an email with picture and I I now have to contact uber to get money back! $70 order and nothing can ve done tonight! Disgusting!!!!
My first and last to visit this resto. Was coming in group of colleagues for dinner.Waited nearly an hour for the meals and Some of the ordered didn't turned up, didn't bother to complain on the spot because they dont even enough staff to served so won't be coming there,waste time and $ a bit pricey for the meal portion. Unhappy
