Chicken and food are nicely done, staff are very friendly and helpful.
One of the Best Nando's in Brisbane Chicken and chips are perfectly cooked. I've tried other Nando's and there's always an issue. Just wish you can order through menulog but Redbank branch always get chosen for deliveries. Staff are very friendly. I'll recommend it to anyone.
Waited over an hour for a meal here. Manager showed empathy for the wait as we had young hungry children and offered a refund. 2 stars for the manager and food . Higher management need to hire more staff especially on Thursday nights rather making this poor team work themselves to the ground.
I like this place, and food was good, great atmosphere, sitting area was great outdoor and indoor, but staff was bit slow. It's my suggestion that staff should be more efficient and fast, although my oder was not too late
Order a halloumi wrap BBQ basting, receive a classic wrap in medium which was soggy as! Ordered peri peri sweet potato fries. Don’t get the peri peri and they were very dismal
Wasn't up to the normal standard olives tasted funny and not fresh. The cleanliness in this place isn't good either table's are always dirty and feel sicky
We were served by Prasiddha, who demonstrated friendly, eye to detail and humble customer service. Though being busy, he made sure he listened to what we wanted. He did not rush, but was focused with a smile. Excellent customer service.
