Nando's

Ordered my usual one whole chicken that I eat every Friday from another Nandos in the area. Highly disappointed with my first ever order with Nandos watergardens It was burnt and tasteless not even cut into proper pieces. I also peri peri chips which tasted more like McDonald’s. Not recommended at all.

Can’t go wrong with Nando’s! This location features a bright, contemporary, sun lit seated area. The food was well cooked & seasoned, and the staff friendly and quick to whip up your order. Location is a bit strange, but makes up for it with its outdoor seating.

After finishing a shift at work I came here and ordered a chicken salad with chips n a drink. The food was delicious and the server was extremely nice and brought out the food in a timely manner. I think their name was Selim. Anyway I would recommend!

I have went there to have a lunch with my partner, after walking through all the stores. The staffs were friendly and food was excellent in the reasonable price for two people. We had the whole peri peri chicken with 2 sides. Garlic bread was so good in the point with the crispness, chicken was good but feel bit of dry in the chicken breast, broccoli was good.

Nice experience, welcoming and friendly staff, large space to sit outside and moderate space to sit inside, cozy for a windy weather to sit inside, the area around sink is a bit unmanaged and there is a sitting place right next to it, which would result in an unpleasant experience, may be its good to tidy up or re-arrange sitting n clean a bit more in that corner, Hygiene needs to improve indoors, heaps of drosophila flies in the corners, floor is quite dirty and greasy, does not look like it gets cleaned daily, The location is a bit tricky to find if it is your first time to visit, the GPS will guide u to go towards the train station side but there will be no Nando’s on that side, It is on the back side of that road, Hint; look for Big W or Gloria Jeans and coffee and u will see it then, Plenty of parking space outside and easy access, A pleasant experience overall, taste is standard so enjoy the meals and have fun..;-

Well located. Customer Service needs a 159% overhaul, as Staff seem more preocupied in chit chat rather than attending to custoners whom were waiting to order or be served, as orders where not taken to table. Furthermore, some of the dine in orders were in take out packages and placed on the shelf, without even calling out the name of person who placed the order. The 1 Star is well deserved, until they get their Act together, as it is quite clear from other reviews, that customer service is well bellow unsatisfactory.

The manager needs to talk to the fat black girl that was working at night at 8pm on 23rd jan. She was giving me dirty looks after I asked about my missing peri peri chips. I think she was just angry that she couldn’t eat all the chicken she was cooking.

Great crew, not only do they serve awesome food Peri Peri blat is a fave you'll be entertained by the crew. Food with flavour and fun will always win.Food: 5/5

If they had minus stars I would rate it -1000. I would never ever go here. My brother who has a disability tried to order food from here by himself and the young girl didn't even understand him so my brother just left because he gave up and lost his confidence I wasnt with him, my mum was outside. Then I tried contacting the store which doesn't even have a number so I contacted the customer care centre and they told me to leave a message. Are you serious??? The crew members really need to listen to their customers and be accepting. People with disabilities already have anxiety, ordering food shouldn't be a bigger challenge. Next time when I am there I'll be speaking to the store manager!!!
