Friendly staff and quick service. We got the whole chicken awesome with a side of peri peri chips awesome and garlic bread terrible. Would visit again. Perfect spicy chicken meal on a cold winters evening.
Beautiful friendly staff and great service. The food was cooked perfectly and served fresh and hot. Would highly recommend Nando's Williamstown. Will always come back to Williamstown Nando's. Thank you for a great night. This is another review for 30th September 2022. We have had another beautiful dinner at Williamstown Nando's and I can not find anything negative about the service of all the staff or the food. The staff are so polite and friendly it's a joy to eat here...every time. Love the place. Thank you again for the great night out.
Very tasty food... But it is a problem for those who do not like spicy food :
Staff members were rude and unfazed when delivering food incorrectly. Orders came out wrong and when we specified it wasn’t ours they took the food that we had touched and delivered it to another table. Overall just an unpleasant experiences and as a young person who is quite considerate to hospitality we understand how hard it can be and tried to be kind but could not even get the bar minimum of a smile
Worst nando's ever. They refused to serve water and justified not providing water as they were busy and understaffed. It's the only nando's that does not provide table water. Staff is extremely rude. Being busy and understaffed does not give you the right to be rude towards customers. I have been to other nando's that were busier than this one and they always provided table water.
Always a great place to have lunch or dinner. Consistent and delicious every time. Super speedy service compared to a decade ago! Peri salt will always be the best invention on earth and perinaise chip dip is a gift from the gods! Comfortable atmosphere, with a laid-back style that always makes me feel like melting into my seat.
I have eaten at this Nando's a couple of times while working in the area. The presentation and care of the food is not the highest quality in my opinion. It's okay for a quick feed if they are actually quick but otherwise I haven't really enjoyed a meal here, it is very much just okay. I wouldn't recommend the corn side, it didn't taste too fresh, it seemed like it came out of a freezer and was popped on the grill with a bit of char. Not a lot of flavour to it or anything, pretty disappointing. Got a wrap though which was fine.
When service is not a priority, it leaves no appetite! Smile, and put some love into making the food, in order for people to enjoy, and return Food: 2/5
They really need to improve dere customer service 2 guys and 1 girl chatting continuously without even bothering about the customer Girl was still ok but those they have some sort of different attitude Food was good though We had sween potato fries and corn It was good
Service was friendly, place looks clean, chips were yummy but I ordered the avocado & feta wrap and it was served with no avocado in it and a garnish of shrivelled lettuce on the side! See pic. $12 is a rip off for that! :/
