Wow the staff are just so nice their wraps and chicken and rice and spices are the best! I love how their boss is very kind and when I put a complaint in they didn't spit in it like some other Nandos do I love the idea how if it's your birthday you get a free balloon SO COOL However it's does take 2 minutes for your food to arrive which I have no prob with but if your in a hurry and your meeting starts in 1 minute and 59 seconds oh well but anyway I love this is better than most nandos keep up the good work
Don't go here if you're looking for a nice dining experience. Chicken was nice, but they got my very simple order wrong, plus it came out lukewarm. The woman at the front counter was very unfriendly and hard to understand. There are much better Nando's out there.
Chicken's good but spicy rice was uncooked! Really terrible. Ordered again on last visit but it's still uncooked rice grains. Will just buy the chips next time.
If I could score a zero I would have !!!! I ordered a Medium/mild Whole Chicken and 2 large sides ...got home dished up start eaten and it was HOT !!!! phone the store back the male who answered the ph was very understanding then put me on the ph to an female who firstly I could not undetstand then she argue the order !!! Seriously who will eat hot if I grew up with Nandos and always always had medium!! Then she said if you had of the chicken which yes! We tadted it but couldn't eat it as it wad to hot she would change it !! Then hear her on the till and then going sorry made a mistake !!! DINNER RUINED!!!! WOULDN'T GO THERE AGAIN surely i would not waste my time on the phone if i could enjoy dinner BAD !
Had to wait my take away way too long prob still would wait if i wouldn't asked why I still waiting if 6 other customers who were after me had already their food. To sum up, after all that wait my chicken was try and chips were undercooked wouldn't recommend spearwood nandos to anyone.
No wonder they where fined $25,000 Has to be the worst Nandos in western Australia fined for inadequate temperature control, unclean premises, unclean equipment and failure to maintain premises in good state of repair Like to roll the dice? Eat here? No way!!!!
CHICKEN FROM YESTERDAY first i ordered a whole chicken and they missed the wing bit i went to tell them they were just staring at me..they said ok....then another lady come and says no worries will give you a piece...give okkk.plus i ordered it with large chips they put it in a small plate trying to fit everything the whole chicken and chipe in a normal size plate....then i tasted the wing bit of the chicken it tasted like when u leave a bbq chicken in the fridge then u eat it the next day..IT WAS DRY MAYBE 2 PIECES WERE MOIST INSIDE THE REST WAS CHICKEN FROM THE DAY BEFORE...IM NOT STUPID i was going to chuck the chicken back at them but there were kids.. DO NOT RECOMEND FREEMANTLE NANDOS is so much better everything is juicy
