Awesome place for a grill, only wish they keep thier music volume alittle lower. Otherwise environment is always well suited for chillin out.Food: 5/5

Today we have went to the restaurant and the staff probably manager with beard, tall guy, could be from South Asia , he was talking with other staff in Hindi/Urdu so I just made a guess about the country was so so rude from the beginning. We have ordered the whole chicken and chips. We asked for potato chips staff said finished and he was not saying that politely. We asked to clean a table so that we can sit ,he refused and he said can’t because restaurant so busy. My husband asked to make whole chicken into 8 pieces, he refused. Said they don’t do it. But we are very old Nando’s customer and always tell them to make 8 pieces and always other staff did. From the beginning today staff’s expression was rude. If you have cameras inside Nando’s , you can check his rude behaviour. He was talking with us very roughly. And after 15 minutes when I saw still they are cleaning the stove and didn’t started cooking yet I asked how long it will take? And he replied as I said before , 25 min. Me and my husband both haven’t heard that. And when I said we haven’t heard that and you didn’t informed us he kept arguing that he informed us. But actually he didn’t. After a long time 12 years relationship with Nando’s we didn’t expected this kind of customer behaviour. Before leaving Nando’s I told him to learn the customer service. I took refund and came out. I am really disappointed. There were lots of customers waiting for food and they couldn’t serve them too. Now these days Mawsonlakes customer service getting very worst. I hope Nando’s will train their staff properly.

went to go get takeaway and it was my first time eating nandos. the lady that served me and my boyfriend was so nice. we asked her what she recommended to eat and she gave us all these options. she was the best! so nice:

This was the best service I’ve ever had at a Nando’s! The staff were so helpful, friendly and went over the top to make us feel comfortable. Great food & great value

Came here 10 minutes age refused service at 9.30 for take away order. Why the hell it’s says we open until 10.00pm, if not taking orders. Get better staff orderwise this store will close shortly. The staff member was very rude and looks like does not want to there.

Rude lady staff with red hair colour. Sometimes due to rude behaviour of a single mannerless employee we have to give 1 star, which shouldn’t but its what happened! Every single staff should not lose control and behave nicely.

I used to feel a Nando's dinner was a great treat but the last two times I've come down have been a disappointment. My first issue is that orders are only able to be made via your phone through a QR code. I find this method tedious and prefer to talk to someone when making an order. At one point someone accidentally refreshed the page and lost their progress with their order. The second is that on both trips I've been disappointed to find BBQ ribs unavailable frankly it was always the highlight for any visit but have never understood beyond covid and supply issues last year. It's been a long while since ive been here and to find this is still an issue was very disappointing for us.
