3rd visit, which was the last straw for me to officially post this review. Constant lack of customer service, hygiene, and quality. Today I received my "Mediterranean Salad+chicken", which consisted of greens, hacked chunks of cucumber and onions only. I had to initiate that at least 4 ingredients were missing olives, feta, capsicum and tomatoes, which were later added - 40 mins after the salad had been sitting around to be served, fixed and re-served..... eeekkkk... Appetite = 0 My fault for ever returning!
The chips were not as crispy as I had before at other Nando's. The chicken was burnt and tasted bitter. The burger was ordinary. The portion looked very small on the menu but turn out to be a lot bigger than we expected.
ORDERED:   Whole PERi-PERi Chicken+2 Large Sides: The whole chicken, basted and flame grilled, plus your choice of two large serves fries and garden salad from Nandos' side menu $32.50 REVIEW: Dining in a quiet area means there's plenty of sauces and great service. It was the first time I saw extra extra hot sauce in the black bottle. Too spicy for me, but love that it's an option. At the counter, requested tap water and received great cold tap water. There's plenty of utensils and plates stacked as well. Sure, it's all self serve but no one's fighting you for the sauces. Chicken with a Hot Basting, and perfectly charcoaled chicken is a great time. Peri-peri chips were great. Iconic flavouring that is so distinct to Nandos. The portugese chicken fast food chain is great to have if you want something different.
Chicken was okay but seemed to be from very small birds. The tenders were dry. Sweet potato fries were cooked okay and the Peri Peri Fries were also cooked well. Opening hours are dependant on customers so may be open even if Google says they're closed. Best to call ahead to make sure it's not a wasted trip.
Good experience in a comfortable location, menu has chicken in different styles and all look great! We had chicken breast and 1/2 chicken and both were juicy and well prepared. Prices are reasonable. Nando’s, a place to come back!
Very Disappointed. Ordered online around 5.30pm to be picked up at 7.40pm. When I reached there they didn’t prepare the order and preparing to close the restaurant. The order shows it is confirmed on my email. They pretended like they don’t know anything and showing the online system is off already. They didn’t even offer direct refund. Now I’m hungry. Have to spend more money and wait for refund. Went all the way there for nothing! Worst experience ever!
Worst service ever! Ordered food received 2 items and then waiting for 30min. Customer ordered after us receiving their food not us. Upon us complaining that they should atleast send us chips, person behind the counter was saying that we should request for this.. I was like,,Really!! They actually messed up the entire order. My last visit here 6 months back was bad and today still the same. The management here should work on improving customer service and order handling. Bad experience!!
Worst customer service ever! We had a movie to catch in 15 mins so we just politely asked the staff member if it will be ready in 10-15 mins? And this woman literally went to the kitchen and YELLED " NO WE CAN'T HURRY UP IF YOU HAVE A MOVIE TO CATCH" And then when we asked them to cancel our order as we literally felt humiliated this guy comes up and says "sure". Never ever coming to this place again. Highly highly disappointed.
Does not disappoint! Just this time there was a very rowdy family right next to me who could not control there kids. Great every time even in different locations.Food: 5/5
Fairly standard Nando's. QR-code ordering from the table, although it might be quicker at the counter, to be honest. Ok food and friendly service.Food: 4/5
