The two stars is more for this specific location not Nando's in general. The place was not busy at all yet nearly every table was covered in dirty dishes. Old used napkins were flying all over the place in the wind and still nobody comes out to clear the tables. Finally we get our meal and as my partner had a quarter chicken she needed cutlery which of course there is none. After calling over an employee and telling them we need a fork so we can start eating they tell us sorry they are all dirty and being washed and promptly turns and walks away. Doesn't say they will get us one or when they will be clean. This is all while our food is sitting there getting cold. Finally I find a competent employee who runs into the kitchen and hand washes a fork and brings it over. For sure a nice upscale part of the city this franchise should know better. Terrible experience. But that damn peri peri sauce is so good I'll still go back.
Consistently the best Nandos I've been to with great service. Had one instance where service was less than stellar very slow time to get food and we got free chips as a thank you for waiting
I really love this Nando's by far it is the best in Brisbane, Staff have always been perfect even though I have little kids running around, the food is always awesome, just love it!
Table to collect utensils -only two forks and two knives and on them could've seen finger prints ,no hand towels and no serviette, not much perri perri on the chips. Service was actually with the smile only
Great handy location and usually parking is okay. The staff here cook the chicken perfectly succulent. Licenced as well.
Food is fresh and so good and restaurant is really clean. I like the refurb. The new management has really turned this place around! Mousse is to die for
Meal 5, but very long wait time. So busy in here, but they seem to give UberEats/Deliveroo priority over those eating-in
They have some staffs who doesn't know how to treat/welcome their customers. Disgusting service. Not recommended.
Good quality, all though they take longer than expected to make your order.
Worst Burger ever. Burger bun is dried and hard as stone. Top of that very unprofessional service and useless. Never again!!
