Another great Nando s! Due to other reviews I was a little hesitant to try this place out but it’s was raining and cold perfect for hot/spicy food and I was nearby….and I was glad I gave this place a shot. Customers was good and friendly and the food came out really quickly. Like we sat down for maybe a few mins and we were served. Everything was cooked to perfection! And I feel that they gave me more than the usual amount of chicken for my paella which was obviously great or the other places have been skimping… And this place got so busy so quickly ! When we finished there was a line outside the store waiting to order ! All in all def a great place !
Ordered during the recent ‘free delivery’ promo, and ended up with rotten lettuce in my burger, and one small slice of tomato if you look at the pic of the classic burger on the app, at least two slices are clearly visible. Emailed Nando’s explaining what I’d been served and requested some level of compensation, and still waiting for a response nearly 2 weeks later. What a joke of a business
The cooks here really know what they're doing! Every single item we ordered came fresh, hot, well seasoned and delicious. Didn't remember to take a photo but it felt like my bf and I were eating in a nandos ad was that good this quality of food would make Gordon Ramsay smile definitely in my top 3 fast food experiences and looking forward to eating here again
My Boyfriend and I ordered chicken and salad from here and this waiter who didn’t have any customer relation PR acumen brought us rotten saladsee pictures below. when we told her about it she said that there is nothing much they can do about it since we have already bought it . We paid for it and did not even touch it. If only there was a zero rating
Two stars for the service here, always been super friendly and quick at the ordering counter. I’ve had to leave this review as the current meal we had was pretty dire. The bbq ribs were burnt to a point of no return. If I saw that I wouldn’t serve it up but they did without thinking to recook some items. Really disappointing. It’s usually good here!
Don’t even deserve a star. Ordered a whole chicken, ended up having just a quarter of a chicken as it was raw. They re-grilled it first and then food was sent back to us and it was still raw on the inside. Asked for a refund and was told that we had most of the chicken and they cannot do any refundguy in kitchen can’t even tell that how much chicken was in the plate that he was holding It was a $50 mealincluding the chips and drinks Very disappointing and the kitchen staff were so rude and argumentative. Won’t be going back there anymore.
I ate 1/2 chicken today dine in. The chicken thighs is not cook. There is still blood coming out and the meat is like raw on that part. I raised this to the staff but they said cannot do anything about that even to recook it. Instead of doing anything they only explain to me how the chicken was cook. Customer service was so bad in that area. I don’t care how you do your business or how you process food. If the chicken is not cook, it’s not eatable. Chicken restaurant should now this basic understanding. It’s simple matter and i am upset how they address this matter and I cannot enjoy my dinner.
Terrible customer service and that is putting it nicely. Ordered over $230 worth of food - got short changed on my order - have tried to phone the restaurant directly but they don't answer and you get an automated response saying "we are busy grilling" - then contacted the HQ customer service - left about 10 messages and call back requests and yet to hear from anyone. Really annoyed and disappointed - Nando's you are about to lose a loyal customer - get your act together and refund what you short changed me for!
Been to a few Nando's in Melbourne, but always end up back at this one. Freshest, tastiest and crispier than the others
Found strand of hair in my burger. No sorry no nothing. When i asked for a refund i had ordered burger and fries i only asked them to refund me for the burger their answer was no we cant give you a refund you can contact the headquarters. Never eating there. Also wear you caps inside the kitchen WE DONT WANT HAIR ON OUR FOOD.
