Absolutely atrocious customer service. Staff advised that it would be 10-15min wait, however food took over an hour and was cold. Staff did not care that customers were getting frustrated and upset at the wait time and service. There was no effort to provide any transparency on what was going on, or compensation for the situation.
I was here for dinner with a friend. When I was here the service was good and the staff were nice and knowledgeable. The food was well priced and was good for what I got.
Food was great, service... not so much. The girl at the front counter was so rude. Never coming here again. She slammed our drinks on the table, didn’t even make eye contact and walked away. When ordering our food I responded thank you and she said “k”.
Menulog drivers better don’t come to this restaurant they take such a long time to prepare the order and they don’t even inform us before if order for lunch they serve you at dinner and at last get ready for an apology
Very rude service at Carseldine store. specially gal called Jass, She got so much attitude. She spoke very rude to one of the old lady who was Infront of us to order. And when she served us food, the food was perfect but the service was so rudeeeee I will never go back.
Had stopped going to this outlet for poor service since it changed hands some time back. Ordered a meal tonight at 7.50 pm the eta was 8.05 the meal wasn’t ready even at 8.15 infact was told that it will be another 30minutes or so what a waste of time this place is. Worst Nandos outlet in Brisbane as far as I am concerned
