It doesn’t seem to matter when I got to this store, if I dine-in, takeaway, or order online. They take an extraordinarily long time to provide the food ordered. And how can the burgers be ready but the chips take another 20 mins! Poor service!
Good Nando's. Staff always decent and happy to accommodate different requests! I ask for more dressing on the coleslaw.
Food always tastes great. Service can be a touch slow compared to other takeaways but they are grilling : so takes time to cook food. Best way is to preorder to collect. Also has a few vegetarian options. The chips are by far the best out of all your usual takeaways... They need to clear tables more regularly... Hence 4 stars.
Food quality and service has fallen drastically - not sure if under new management - new staff, don't know what they're doing. Very disappointing as we used to visit often. Won't be returning.
I usually love nandos Ellenbrook but, this time I ordered for my whole family and everything was over cooked and burnt.
Nando's have consistently good food for a fast food chain. Always a favourite.
