Superb meal. Fresh chicken cooked perfectly. Great friendly efficient staff. Reviewed at 730pm 5.4.18. Hand wash area would be a handy addition otherwise this place is faultless.
Nice service, good prices, excellent food
Terrible customer service and the place needs a clean. Have never had Nandos before and had wanted to avoid the neighbouring fast food places. There was 1 seated customer, it seemed like the owners were seated with friends whilst I waited to order. Eventually they all got up and the lady took my simple order of small chips. She could not operate the till and took a fair while to return my change. I stepped to the side while my chips were being made. The owners continued their conversation and exchanges with their friends. After waiting again for what seemed an extended time for small chips I walked towards the counter and the chip were sitting in the warmer ready for bagging but the owner was too busy chatting with friends. Considering there were no other customers in the shop at that time, a simple chip order should be served more efficiently and professionally.
Not much of a restaurant as it is in the BP petrol station but in terms of food, service and how quickly they bring it out - 5 stars. It's really consistent and fresh. Absolutely love the food here which why we keep going back.
We went for dinner yesterday around 7 pm. The service was very poor, not even a welcome to the customers. We were charged more money then the usual price of the meal. Fried rice was full of turmeric, could not even smell that. I will never forgot that horrible fried rice. First and last visit of all of us.Not even worth a Star!!
Nando's chicken is always different. Looks healthier than any other fast food. Tastes great too. The only thing is corn on the cob seems like it was frozen and wasnt very good. Just order some chicken and you will be fine at Nando's.
Staff made a mistake by giving my order to someone else and the staff tried to convince me to have theirs instead. The customer came back and returne d my order swap it checked it and its been open. Not happy. They made a new one but with 2 small spicy rice instead of large. Good thing i checked.so they swap it again. Then I found at home. The rice is not hot and a bit wet and no mild sauce arghhhhhhhhh.
I have eaten at hundreds of Nandos around the globe and this is without doubt...THE WORST! I arrived 45 minutes before closing and an incompetent staff member told me it was take away only because they were closing soon. As I waited the next customer ordered eat in and nothing was mentioned about take away only. I waited for 20 minutes for my take away order and when I asked what was taking so long I was told that they were sold out of chicken!! I immediately asked for a refund and was told that a refund was not possible and was offered a burger 1/2 the value of what I paid for. After some arguing I eventually got a refund. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS Nandos AGAIN! Camperdown is a far superior option!
We bought a whole chicken takeaway at Nandos on 6/2/18 and when we got home found that the chicken was burnt and there was hardly any sauce on the chicken. As it was quite late we could not go back to the place or contact them to discuss this. We’ve eaten this takeaway a number of times and this was the worst we have ever had!
Never visit. Employee and managers are racist and serves health hazardous food. Visited this place yesterday ordered food for $50. The employee name Tanvir was unwelcoming. The way he platted and served food was pathetic. We have eaten in many other Nando's restaurants but there was class in serving food and here it is pathetic, literally thrown food on plate. Moreover without even asking us the same employee took extra hot sauce bottle from our table and gave it to other customer. When we asked for more extra hot sauce, he served us the marinade in a cup which is used to marinade raw chicken while cooking. We had 5 year old little kid with us and it's serious health hazard to us. We spoke to the manager not sure of his name Zahir i think so about the employee ill treated us and his racist behaviour. Even he was not ready to hear and apologise for the same, we asked for refund as we didn't eat the food, the manager refused and challenged we can do what so ever even call police and compliant. Finally we lodged complaint with NSW food authority and they promised to take actions. Will never ever visit this sickening place with poor customer service, racist behaviour and serving health hazardous food.
