I ordered online, walked in at my pick up time and the staff were all busy cooking and prepping except a couple out the back, the lady behind the other counter where food is prepped and placed up on the counter top said someone would be with me in a minute but in the almost 10 mins I stood there patently waiting other patrons kept going up to her asking questions. Finally someone else came to me at the front desk register table and asked how they could help, I said I had ordered on the app and my order number. She promptly checked the bags and grabbed mine. My order had been sitting in the bag ready the entire time so it was cold and not nice to eat by the time I got home. If the first person simply asked what I was there for to order or collect a pick up, I could have grabbed my food and been gone in 5 seconds. This restaurant clearly needs help with staff, they were way under the pump and only one person seemed to be managing everything doing 100 things at once she was clearly stressed and not coping. The front desk was left totally unattended for way too long.
Forgot 1/2 chicken and two servings of cheesy pita bites, after double checking my order and confirming that everything was in the bag, from my takeaway order. The burnt chicken in the photo speaks for itself

Would like to say a big thanks to the staff for their kindness and understanding. I came to this store with cash as I had misplaced my card. They were super friendly and accommodating to my needs. Thanks again and will def be back
My burger bun was supposed to be soft white but it tasted like 2 day old stale coles bun. Wish they had at least warmed it up or something but it looked like they put no effort into the quality of my burger. Will not be coming here again.
I loved this restaurant. I ordered a chicken wrap and they served quite fast, the restaurant was quiet but active at the same time. The food tasted delicious and i ate it all down. 5 stars definitely coming here again
The best Nando in Melbourne! I'm honestly surprised about the bad reviews, I eat here regularly and I could easily say it's the best nando I've tried a lot. The food is excellent, we usually order the avo wrap, bbq ribs, salad and chicken and chips, everything is fresh and well cooked and the salad is crunchy and refreshing . Staff are friendly and the manager is very accommodating. The place is kids friendly so it's great for families. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
Best Nando’s I’ve been to and I’ve tried most of them. Food is cooked to perfection and generously packed. All requests are acknowledged and fulfilled ie: if you ask for extra peri peri, you get EXTRA peri peri. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They don’t deliver to my area but I’m happy to take a drive rather than risk disappointment from other stores.
One of the best in town. I live in boronia and i have to leave 2 nandos nearby and drive to this for 20 mins just because they are very best in their work. Always a good quality chicken and clean environment. Very nice people on the counter.
Lysterfield's chicken is ALWAYS moist and delicious.. cannot fault. Chips can sometimes be touch & go with temperature but overall we love buying from hereFood: 5/5
