After ordering through the app and waiting for 50min for food we were told that they didn't have the hummus dip we had ordered. Was only offered sides that were of lower value than the original item to replace it. The classic chicken pita had almost no sauce on it and just tasted like steamed chicken and the side of corn had no seasoning at all. I can understand being busy and was thankful for the courteous staff but if you're going to make people wait soo long for expensive fast food then at least try to provide some quality.
I can see why there are 100’s of complaints from delivery drivers for this store/site they have absolutely no idea or care for their customers, both in store and waiting at home for their delivery! It makes complete sense why drivers are black listing this site for pick ups! Please sort out your processes in store, remembering that drivers are delivering for your customers! Have orders ready for pick up!
Burnt cheesy garlic bread. Cold chips and burger not worth the money.

Would definitely come again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a clean, sanitary eating area, and amazing food. The burgers were delicious along with the chips that pleasantly surprised me the most. The meat was fresh and tender, the roll was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the toppings we're delightful. Would definitely go again!

Seating inside and out, service is quick, lots of variety. Plenty of parking and access good for disability a well. Very clean presentation. Access to rest stop and exiting onto M1, very easy to follow.Food: 4/5
So we ordered 2 large chips, decent portion we received. We ordered with special instruction but we received chips with no peri peri salt, no crispy chips as well. We clearly requested for extra crispy & extra peri peri salt than usual. Check my photos. I could have given 1 star but 1 extra star for hard working staff. 31/10/21 review - All right I am going to change my review to 1, but ZERO I am acutely rating them. I placed an order in person today and clearly mentioned to front staff about my special request of EXTRA PERI SALT AND EXTRA CRISPY but Huge Huge disappointment again. Hardly any peri peri salt. Refer to the latest photo. I think Chef does not care about special request from staff. It’s our hard earn money that we paying for food.
I have been attending this restaurant regularly for some years now, the food is always great, the staff are always extremely helpful, and the wait time is always reasonable considering how busy this service centre can become. All in all a great place to stop and eat mid journey to or from the gold coastFood: 5/5
Totally disappointed. I ordered, and waited approx 30 minutes. They cooked sides first and left it there, and when they served me the food, garlic bread was like it is coming from refrigerator. Even chicken was not enough warm. I have no problem with waiting as I know sometimes when it’s busy, it takes time, but it doesn’t mean that you serve someone a cold food after so long.
