Had to wait more than half an hour for a small meal take away order. And the peri peri chips was not even hot, but too salty. Extra hot chicken was not HOT either. Just saw another customer returning with their order not correctly filled. Very poor customer service. Arrogant staff. Wouldn't recommend
Service was warm, friendly and efficient. Food was quickly served and the ambiance was excellent. Aircon was also extremely cold on a sweltering summer day. Loved our visit.
No complaints, chicken was nicely bbq-ed, they've always maintained the standard at all time. I've ordered the pita bread instead of chips as side and the pita bread was nice and warm, to my liking. Salad was refreshing and delicious too.
Everytime I come here I realise the difference between a good and bad Nando's. The food is delivered to the table as soon as it is made. The chicken always well cooked and has enough sauce. The layout of the store is big enough that you can choose to sit outside or inside. Always have a pleasant experience with the Willetton store!
Nice and tidy restaurant, food was good. The staff could be a bit more attentive during the quieter times but understandable when it’s busy
Nando's Willetton has the best staff they are always polite and fast at their job. The restaurant is always clean when I go in and they have never forgotten any items in my order and I go in usually twice a month.
Great layout for friends and family dining...food is always good!!
