Hii, Last night i have ordered Supervegiie Toasted Pita and spicy rice , and garlic bread as well. At Uber Eats they were sent me non vegetarian toasted pita. I am religious person . I never ever eats chiken , fish or non vegetarian food . It was hurt me a lot when i ate by mistake eat non vegetarian food . And i never worked before food industry i never differences about chiken or fish or beef . But really hurts me. Last night i tried so many times to call Nandos but didn’t reply it . Also reported to Uber eats as well. Gonna think to know to customer welfare?

Awesome experience guy with the beard provided  awesome customer service, been here twice got served by the same guy he showed me deals through the app!!! Highly recommend the Broccoli!!

I recently visited Nando’s and had a really disappointing experience. Not only did they get my order wrong, but after eating the food, I experienced bloating, sore burps, gas, and a feeling of sickness that continued into the next morning. I wasn’t the only one affected; everyone who ate there that night felt the same. This has never happened to us before, so it seems like the food may have been old or not well-cooked. I expected much better quality and service. I hope Nando’s takes this feedback seriously to ensure their food quality and customer experience improve.

I have been here about twice, I have eaten at nando's many times. I just want to say the staff here are very friendly and polite.

My partner and I come here frequently 1-2x a fortnight and todays food and service we got was the best we have experienced, all the food was actually hot usually it’s below room temp and we see it sitting under the light for 10 minutes before it’s bought to us and that’s also with a full kitchen of staff the drinks were served only minutes before our food came out which is what we prefer so they’re cold when we’re eating, the food was also served so quick and we, for the first time were asked if our food and service was good. We met Nabil who we found is new to this store and we could tell there was a difference in staff when the food was hot and the drinks were cold and he introduced himself with the feed back QR code. We can tell he is passionate about the food being served and the customer experience which is brilliant!! We will be back!! Thank you!!
