Return visit to this restaurant. Its well known to serve great chicken grill. It was so busy especially peak time. Luckily we came to Q before that time. Waited 10 mins.then after that, the Q was long. Ordered light snack for supper. Whole chicken with 1 side with bbq for one half and lemon herb for the other. Turned out they run out of chicken, so replaced by tender. Got 12 in total. Initially chicken was served with no banner for bbq and lemon herb. Then they fixed it but the plate was messy :. Anyway, we ate it. At te end, one of the staff provide extra chips. So may be the 5 stars because of that extra chip. .
Now I remember why haven't been back to this restaurant ages. Queue outside to be seated - because no one empty and clean the table. Moved to the other side to get take away instead, no one at the counter. Then someone suddenly came out and yelled, we are understaffed... lol, I didn't hear any customer complain tho, why she is so aggressive? Finally got my order, open the bag, they gave me spoon and knife for salad and ribs hahahaha... challenge accepted.

Lovely food, ease of ordering online & Halal certified chicken, so a great place for the Muslim community to dine. Dietary restrictions: Chicken used is Halal.
Nandos has always been my go to place. Ordered: Peri Peri Fries Avogoodness wrap Cheese pita Avogoodness burger. Everything was great but the service was bit slower this time.
If your at Chadstone shopping and looking for lunch, good friendly service and the food is yummy. Plenty of choices to choose from and you can see what they have on offer. Get your meal and drink, than go and find a table in the food court. Sock up the atmosphere of the shopping centre. It was good for our group of friends. A Very enjoyable time had here.
It’s busy as always. This is my 9-10th visit but every time I haven’t satisfied with the service and taste. I am Nando lover. But they need to improve in both..
I swear I will never go back. We were there for 45 minutes before we could order as there was problems with their app. I had to ask for help 5 times before being sent to the counter to order. I was ready to walk out then and there but the young girl I was caring for had her heart set on having Nando's. There was a line of people at the counter who had problems with the app also. I finally ordered 1 meal an hour and ten minutes after arriving. It then took half an hour for meal to arrive. Service, there was none, I had to chase staff around asking for help with the non operative app. Never again
We really appreciate the efficient service provided by Blayne. He ensured to smile, efficiently serve us in a calm and respectful manner. Which we really appreciated as our intial greeting by another staff member was not as welcoming. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available
Keep an hour if you want to eat a simple meal. More than 90 minutes if you have more than 2 members to order. No Menu No service If your reception is bad. Good luck eating here It's all DIGITAL.
