Fantastic Indian cuisine. By far one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. Although they don't have a fancy atmosphere inside the restaurants food however, is exquisite! Friendly staff, generous servings and most of all very reasonable prices given the delicious and high quality food! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for authentic South Indian food.
This place is great. Good buffet on Wednesdays and Sundays. For $20, you really get your worth. The food is good and the only negative is that they didn't refill the food trays too often so sometimes we were waiting on food.
Amazing food, shocking service. My girlfriend and I are vegetarian and we go here all the time. Huge selection of vegetarian meals, very well priced, very very tasty. However... Don't go here for friendly service or a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are *amazing* at ignoring and forgetting us the indian diners seem to get served fine, maybe they just dislike westerners. Be sure to check your plates and cutlery for dirt, the dish pig obviously hates his job. Also I wish you could byo wine glasses as well as the wine, because their glasses are hideous, squat, and heavy they weigh about one kilo each and probably wouldn't smash if you really tried. Truly delicious food, very cheap prices, just be warned about the service.
The quality of food and the service are very poor after the management changed. It was excellent a few years back. This is not Indian food. Staff is not good. Don’t ever order Dal Tardka they don’t know how to prepare it. Lamb Rogan Josh is like boiled hard meat in a tomato soup. I regret that we went to this place thinking we would get a good meal but ended up paying so much for poor quality dishes. I will never go back to this restaurant again.
Excellent, authentic Indian Cuisine. Massive menu which can be a bit daunting. Ask the staff to help and they will select some specialities. We loved the Chicken 65 and Shukka Lamb for entree. The Vepudu potato was also amazing. The serves are generous and the prices modest. Ken the host recommended a variety of masala dosa, this was a great idea. We sampled the lamb, chicken tikka masala and the unusual but surprisingly good, cheese and spinach. There was nothing left on the plates! We are Indian and know our food, this place is fantastic. We will be back with our family and friends. Get there early, as I understand the place can get quite busy after 9pm. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed!
Great food at a reasonable price. Try any of the dosas, naan breads and definitely grab the Chicken 65. There's a lot to choose so take your time, the staff are friendly and will recommend something good if you're new to Indian food.
Orderd function food for40people couple weeks ago which is18$ for a person for 6items the sides where good but the briyani was off and smell bad, sides like chicken gravy was okbut nothing special it tasted like packet masala marinated in chicken with hot water but hey i can cook better than you guys for sure.if any one have fallen sick after eating your food i would definitely take this to department of food health and safety when the briyani arrived all the kids ate then that were we got worried and the kids could not even find that the briyani was off. lucky no one was harmed september 16th
Excellent food ! Have been there many times Had the Paneer Chettinadu with naan and had Aloo Bonda for starters last time I went there. Everything was amazing. The service was great and food arrived in time. The restaurant had a huge menu which makes going back there easier.
TERRIBLE!!! Food was absolutely rubbish, staff were rude. Melbourne has so many beautiful Indian restaurants - don't bother trying this one out. Trust me, I am doing you a favour
Worst experience, tried calling to order as menu log didn't offer the whole menu. When asked about 10% disc for first order which is what u get when u order via menu log was told cannot do it and no reason provided. Gave away $50 of sale for $5 disc and any future business! No wonder this place doesn't do well
