Sadly the consistency of this salon is incredibly disheartening. I’ve had 3 incredible experiences here, and 2 awful ones. I want to shout out Kathy who gave me a lovely experience, she was incredible and if you can book a tech I would highly recommend her. However, the skill level of some of the techs is to be questioned, I hope training is being offered to ensure the safety of their clients. I’ve had one experience where I left the salon with a large gauge in my finger from the e-file. I didn’t want to make a scene so I emailed the manager and was offered a discount for my next visit. Which I guess is okay, but I then had to deal with a painful finger for 2 weeks until it healed Mistakes happen, I understand. But I’m seeing a few of these reviews pop up now, and I think it is important for future clients to know. The last visit I had for the removal of my Gel X was incredibly disappointing. Their website states that removal booking isn’t required, I walked in on open not peak time and I was treated with such disrespect. I’m so unsure as to why the tech was so upset with me, but I have attached a photo of my PAID removal set. I went home so upset and had to finish the rest of my nail removal/manicure at home after a paid service. I really enjoyed the few good manicures I had at this place, but will sadly have to look for a new nail salon.
So pleased with my gel-x extensions! Kathy did an amazing job - and she is so lovely! Can’t recommend highly enough. Every time I go here, I am SO happy with the results
100% recommend!! Kathy was amazing and did my nails perfectly. What a beautiful atmosphere and to top it off I’ve had the best customer experience I’ve had in years. You’re in good hands here Love the team and love the work they do!
I love coming to this place. It’s beautiful. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve had. My nail artist went above and beyond to assure my nails looked exactly like they did in the picture of my nails in the past. I love recommending this place and will only ever come here for my nails
I’ve been coming to this nail salon regularly now for the past few months. Kathy is amazing and so is the rest of the team at Nailology. What I love about Nailology is their relaxing atmosphere and adhering to booking schedules. You’ll always have someone dedicated to you and providing their services instead of jam packing as many people as possible playing musical chairs. Kathy regularly does my nails and they last until I get them redone 3 weeks later!. I don’t ever experience chipping or peeling. Their coffee is great too. Plenty of street parking nearby for 2 hours. Glad I’ve found Nailology to always make me look put together!nnP.S. Loving the red today! Thanks Kathy
