The shellac manicure was not that good however she gave me cuts    its my first time to do nails and I have a bad experience with her, I told her to be very careful because its my first time  while she's doing the cut of my cuticle I told her it hurts and she have a strong hands and grip, i told her politely to be very careful and be light, but she did not listen and gave me a cut instead  I am very disappointed with this experience never ever coming back again!!!!

I got my nails painted not acrilics just paint and it completely ruined my nails. I tried almost every nail polish remover i could fined not one of them were able to get the nail polish off. And when I finally got the nail polish off it complete ruined my nails.Services:&nbsp;Nail polish changes

I have used this place quite a few times and have always loved my experience with them, however this time has completely changed my opinion with them and I will NEVER go back!!! When I first got in I said to the lady I didn't want to soak my fingers innthe bowl of acetone as it messes with my skin ans that I wanted to soak in foils. She took the bowl away came back and started to peel the acrylic off which I was happy to give a try as I have done it before and no issue. After my first nail I asked her to please soak them as it was very painful she then proceeded to say" its fine they come off easily" I let her do a few more as I wanted to trust her, after 20 minutes and alot of pain I asked her to stop as it was really painful. She was still refusing it and thats when I raised my voice as her not listening to me wasnt acceptable she continued to come up with excuses untill she huffed and said it would take longer which I was fine with. After that she had no manners and was extremely rude and just not caring, when it came to my nail length she asked if I was happy with the length I wasnt to sure and I said that to her so I asked can you cut it and Ill let you know well that was the wordt thing to ask her she huffed gave me sass and looked at me. To then end this awful experience pf getting cut, ride service I was then charged an outrageous amount of $100 the max I have ever paid is $85 and my current salon only chargeds me $60. Will never recommend them nor go there again!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

They're always friendly. If they're busy they give realistic wait times. If I am ever unsatisfied pretty much never they go above and beyond to do what they can.

Much better than other nail places here in Darwin.. the lady fixed my lumpy nails up. That some one else has done. To look more natural.

Special mention to Leia from SNS Casuarina who came in to do my nails @ Nail Lovers Casuarina. She was so amazing and had such attention to detail which I absolutely think is so important when receiving any Beauty Services. Thank you! I will definitely be requesting you for future treatments. Its nice to receive a treatment from someone who pays attention to detail. Hopefully I can return the favour when you visit me. Thanks Leia.

Lovely spot for a quick Mani Pedi. The staff did seem rushed & looking after multiple clients at one time even if you have an appointment but it was still a nice experienceServices:&nbsp;Manicure

Disappointing service, felt rushed and that quantity trumps quality. My friend who was with me, had her shellac nails peel off later the same day, and I've noticed mine has started to peel off next day. Just avoid if you want a service that lasts.

Have been to a few places around Darwin for my nails and this place is definitely one of the better ones. Usually the customer service is great, and you don't feel judged. They do a great job with your nails. Mine usually last a good few weeks too! They even accommodate children, which is sweet. Theyre clean and use new equipment each time.
