This Branch lost my money for a month and would not help at the manager level until a formal complaint was raised with head office. I won't be going there again. And in Reply to the Owner's response: I wouldn't waste my time with you again, after your repeated failures to ring me back, blank refusal to make any appointment to meet, and even forcing me to wait an hour in the Branch before the Manager would even come out.
Closed door on customer at 3:58. Staff wouldnt help despite taking less than 1 minute to put 1 envelope in a safe
You should really hire better people to greet your customers. My partner and I arrived to open a joint bank account and since to her criteria “I didn’t comply to their 100 point id verification” due not being an Australian resident which he is, plus already being an account holder she just decided to tell us off and told me to come back if I ever held a Medicare card. I left feeling humiliated, and upset. My partner opted to go to another branch and they helped us and guided us through the whole process and we left with our account opened and feeling helped and guided. If you’re not looking forward to help your customers then please retire from the customer service hub.
This NAB branch at Warringah Mall are always down with their network.
Pathetic customer service. Staff keeping changing their processes and have no consistency in what they are saying to their customers. Don't join NAB!!
Horrible, horrible customer service. I received better service at MacDonalds. I should say the NAB in Mosman service was amazing. So not all NAB branches are bad.
Today’s bank visit was the best quick service and everything I was asked was answered with charm and personality which made my experience even better I believe his name was Dani and I’m glad he’s part of my Local NAB team
Closes for lunch… no access to express business deposit. Not very express!
