Useless banking company. I just opened my account and they blocked all of my access within a week stating there is a security threat. Never picks up a call and branches take hours to resolve the issue. They boast about the security!!! What is the use of security if you can't use your own account???? Never ever recommend this useless company
Not enough staff helping customers- I've had to wait in the line for over 15mins with no one at the counter.
Branch is not like any other and know the importance of customer service, privacy, family and time management. I witness professionalism, high standards of work ethic the manager here is hands on unlike other branches. Minimal wait time. Thanks
I visited last week and had a great experience. I was there to open new account and was assisted quickly. Alicia helped setting me new account with App & Internet banking instantly. She was keen to help and suggested good options. Appreciate it.
I have not much faith in NAB branch customer service so went to Gungahlin branch today. I was so pleased, they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. I had to wait between transactions and watched the staff who treated all customers the same. Such a change to other ACT branches. Well done Gungahlin!
Just was asking for information and got very RUDE staff talking to me on the really rude way. Was a woman with curly grey hair and glasses she might be the manager. But Tks to her now I will look to change my bank account and get my home loan somewhere else. Never NAB again.

930 to 400, the only place on earth where your open less than 8hrs, during every other persons work hours and charge them billions each year... now that's criminal
