DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! WORST BANK ON THE PLANET. I'm from the UK and wanted to set up an Aussie account. They never sent my bank card and I've just spent the last 2 hours on the phone being transferred between departments and my problem passed on, then hung up on every time I speak to a human. Will be cancelling my account immediately.
useless... the manager sips coffee why there are 10 people outside waiting to be served. Yes your system may have been down however how about let the customers know whats going on rather than leave them outside waiting for more than half an hour... Im guessing the Managers coffee was more important... MY ACCOUNTS WILL BE CLOSED AND WILL BE GOING WITH ANOTHER BANK!!!!!!!!!! THANKS TO THE USELESS COFFEE SIPPING MANAGER.... POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!! doesn't even deserve a star!!!!
I'd give zero if I could. Trying to close an account, was on hold for half hour on the phone before I was asked a series of security questions only to be told that I need to visit a branch in person to close it and that they couldn't do it over the phone. Arrive at the branch, wait another 20 minutes in line and a teller tells me she needs more than my drivers license as ID. Having gone back to the branch again, this time with my Medicare card, I was told I have $8.05 outstanding on one of the accounts and said I cannot pay with any other card but a NAB! Then they tell me to withdraw cash from their atm to close the account. After another 10 minute wait in line to use the Atm, rejoining the line to see the teller again, they finally closed the account. Never doing business with nab ever again. Absolutely ridiculous customer focus. I don't blame the staff. It's the processes they are forced with that have caused all the strife.
Terrible service, kept us all waiting in line for a long time without bothering to let us know that their system was down and couldn't process a transaction. Nearly as bad as trying to contact the bank by phone.
Worst banking experience ever! Never seen a bank so adverse to taking money before, especially their business customers!
Walked in and there was a queue of 2 people, was ask to take a seat. People proceeded to walk in and where served out of order, half an hour later i got an served, staffs computer was taking forever to boot up so I was redirected to calling off there phone in regards to setting up a new CC...
