I wanted to pay some bills and transfer money from my account I couldn’t even do that because they shut the doors half an hr before hand. And I looked inside there were clearly 4-5 staff members still there and one of them was laughing at me as I was waiting. They didn’t open the doors btw the sign clearly states that the bank shuts at 5pm on a Friday. Appalling.
BAD BAD BAD & MADE WORSE 1. I agree with Mat, just 1 teller and a featureless boring bank interior. 2. Tried to setup OSKO online payment facility. No sensible way of doing it.... IT SUCKS! 3. Tried to complain online. After filling out the form it returns... AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED The NAB follow up was WORSE!!! Patronising useless comments like this: "Thank you for your patience while I worked to investigate your concerns, as submitted on Monday, 3 October 2022. I know this hasn’t been a good experience for you and I apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this matter has caused you." "We value your feedback and by bringing your concerns to our attention, you are helping us get better. Feedback like yours helps us to improve our products and services, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to help us. I apologise this matter has affected your customer experience." BUT DID NOTHING TO FIX THE OSKO & OTHER PROBLEMS I COMPLAINED ABOUT !!!
Absolutely hopeless went in to sort out a locked account and was told id have to sit and wait for half hour while they chatted back and foward via online chat what a absolutely useless bank and branch lift ya game
Only ever one teller open and always a line at least 3 customers deep. Sick of waiting...
Whilst waiting in line I asked the lady behind the "questions" counter that clearly states, "ask us your questions" the grumpy old lady advised me "I'm too busy". I walked out. Been with you guys a long time, on my way to commonwealth.
