Yesterday i saw Katrina about an issue that was created by a phone call i made to NAB customer care. She was lovely and fixed the stuff up made by the person over the phone. Also asked questions about other products and she was very well informed and helpful. Highly recommend.
Poorly managed branch, avoid going in the middle of the day because there is only one person on the teller so you can expect to be waiting for at least 40 minutes in line. Then when finally served, the bank teller is grumpy and unwilling to help. Worst customer service. I’ll be changing banks now.
Been waiting in line for an hour. No one even checking with all the people in line to see if they can help. Line out the door
Conveniently located, atm card slot is a bit dodgy, needs fixing
