Didn’t expect to find this spot in Bedford, glad I did. The salads are a good size, full of fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. We tried a variety of their soups, and the broths were all uniquely delicious. The miso ramen broth is one of the best I’ve had anywhere, bursting with savory umami. Recommended.
My wife and I just visited here to celebrate her birthday. She wanted to try something new, but I thought this strange place wouldn't be good since my preference is more towards the PA Dutch style cooking. We were pleasantly surprised with Asian food. We started our feast with the Pork BBQ Korean Bao Buns. I am not familiar with Asian food, I do not know what it was made of, but it was heavenly! Definitely a must try! We both ordered a soup. I tried the Sweet and Spicy Ramen, and my wife got the Vietnamese rice noodle soup. Both soups were delicious! I'm not sure how you pack this level of flavor into a simple bowl of soup! The sweet and spicy had a perfect level of heat. Not so hot that it is difficult to eat, but warm enough that you just have to go back for more. The boba tea tasted fresh and natural. The folks were friendly. We were welcomed upon entry, and management treated us like royalty during our visit...The atmosphere was perfect. It blended well with the location. Downtown Bedford is a historical place, and Nūdl has the right combination of modern and rustic. The ambience was great also. The bottom line is, we would rate this place at least 5 stars... Possibly more!
Great place to eat. First time here I had the bao buns. So good flavors were great. And I also had the sweet and spicy Ramen bowl. I can't complain about a single thing. Yes it is a tad pricey but once you eat it you will see why. I recommend you stop in and try it. Also the pork gyoza and miso Ramen bowl were fantasticFood: 5/5
nudl is amazing! friendly welcome when you walk in the door. easy to read menu with descriptions of what you're ordering. place your order at the counter, sit down at a table and within MINUTES your food is delivered piping hot for the items that are intended to be that way Flavor is out of this world. Noodles were cooked perfectly and you get a hearty helping of protein when you add it in addition to your noodle bowl choice. fresh, fragrant and colorful ingredients. great atmosphere. great music selection to enjoy when you're slurping on your noodles. I love it. highly recommend and will absolutely be back!
Such a delightful spot in the heart of Bedford with a cozy atmosphere. You can tell that they use high quality ingredients and take great pride in their food. This was some of the best ramen I've ever had, very flavorful and a generous portionFood: 5/5
Clean, inviting, great. Open area to in or out. Friendly, shows concern when spice is involved. Food & drink are exceptional. Fresh ingred., simple menue with complex tasty dishes. Highly recommend & defiantly will return many many times Parking: Rear parking is the closest. There is also front parking with a walk thru hall.
My Daughter brought me here for lunch. No joke... it was the best meal I've ever had!!! We had Pork BBQ Korean Bao Buns and we had the Brisket Bao Buns. They were both so yummy but The Pork was my favorite. The Chef/Owner even gave me a lesson on how to use my chopsticks! She was incredibly friendly and very sweet. This is not a cup of soup resturant. Everything was so fresh. It was Amazing.
This is the best restaurant in Bedford, period. The food is amazing, and the place is cozy. I still can't forget those white buns with the pork belly. Great food, you won't regret it.Food: 5/5
As exciting as it is to have a new cultural restaurant in Bedford we're disappointed with the price and the food quality. First the price, two bowls of soup and two cokes aren't worth 48.00 dollars not including tip. Second the noodles aren't fresh they are store bought and the sodium content is worse than Chinese food. The service and atmosphere was good but this restaurant wasn't our cup of soup.
My husband and son just called me to tell me about their dinner! They said it was some of the best soup they've ever eaten! My 15 year old said it's up there with the best meals he's ever eaten! "The most perfect sweet and spicy melty hot noodles and broth I have ever had!" He said everyone was so nice and the food came out so quickly! We look forward to returning as a family! Keep up the excellent work!! Vegetarian options: My husband is a vegetarian and has enjoyed dinner here twice this month!
