I went into Mystique last week to look at some rings and was really blown away by the customer service I received. The lady I dealt with was incredible and showed great attention to detail, and went above and beyond for me. They are usually quite busy, but once it's your turn to be served they don't leave you until you have all your needs met. She educated me that they have a smaller stock of jewellery compared to other chain stores because they are independent and pride themselves on custom makes. I also think they have really great pricing, for the quality of their products.im really excited to go back there in the future for any of my jewellery needs.

I bought an engagement ring from Mystique Jewellers. After some below average experiences with jewellers, Olivia made a somewhat uncomfortable experience into something very easy and pleasant. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service.
