Lost card, MyState do not place their number in phone book not helpful for the elderly No mention on lost cards on home page. Further internet searching found number to call. 120 minute wait, whereupon card may well have been used still waiting on phone. Finally used their 'don't lose your place in the que' call back. They never called back. Wish I could give Minus 5 stars.
Unbelievable arrived at burnie branch 9.30 to find it does not open to 10.00am So went next door to post office to do my banking...so my suggestion to my state is if you cant open at decent hours then why bother been there..let the post office do the job for you.

Little old ladies bank.No idea about services,they are sadly lacking,related to the quick movement of funds and other investments
