"Alexa founder of Myo Health, Stott Pilates instructor & graduated BHSc Musculoskeletal Therapist is set to introduce Myotherapy and Clinical Pilates to her local community. Alexa treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with an integrative approach towards her clients health and wellbeing. On top of only using effective manual therapy techniques, Alexa makes sure that her clients are left with the tools they need to manage & prevent dysfunction and pain but also ensures clients understand their situation and how to regain a more functional and energised self. Complementing her skills as a health practitioner she also offers Clinical Reformer, Small Equipment & Mat Pilates classes as well as Small Group Functional Sessions."
