First time here, pleasant staff, easy quick stop after managing to get a spot from a cancelled appointment. Dr Jordan was thorough, patient and concise - no generalities and provided actionable advice. This medical centre is not crowded and I’d say is reasonably accessible within 15 minutes from surrounding neighbourhoods like Yarrabilba, Bahrs Scrub, Belivah, Buccan, Chambers Flat and others.
Dr. Banerjee is an expert in patient-centred care. He is extremely knowledgeable around systemic issues and is solutions-focussed for his patients. Would highly recommend.
Are the phones ever turned on on time? Every time I call for open, I call a million times and get “thank you for calling my health, we are currently closed” even 15-30 minutes after start time. Ladies at reception are rude, talk down to people.
Dr Ken is absolutely amazing He is very supportive of my children and their needs. Explains things slowly and caring to my parents and always happy to have a chat about music. Love him and the care he provides my family
