One of Australias biggest departmentstores , this one in Robina is not so big , but my favourite! The selection of what they have , great service and its easy to get an overview.
Nice staff but the iconic brand has certainly lost its reputation as a highend retailer. I suggest this chair I used while trying on new shoes is a good indication just how much the company is struggling...
It's the best I can do Over the last few years product choice has diminished The store has minimal staff & needs some refurbishment, if I was the store manager I would be spending some of my budget fixing some of the visual aspects within the store such as the chair in the image it's just a couple of metres from a payment terminal and in sight for all to see. Is this how 1 of Australia's leading department stores wants to be seen, run down & struggling to provide adequate seating for it's customers?
Are you classy and stylishly dressed? Myer is an Aussie staple and loved by classy ladies wherever they are. I was purchasing Estée Lauder perfume for my mother and was pleasantly impressed the gift with purchase that was on offer. The freebie little kit was worth over $200! Limited availability with purchases of $75 or more. What a great deal, thank you come again.
Had not been to Myers for years.Was very impressed with the very large range of products in the kitchen and homewares section. Plenty of knowledgeable staff to help and advise. Will definitely go back and allow myself more time for the whole store.
Extremely rude lady in menswear. Sarah !!! She's clearly hates her job and should be pulled up on her behavior. The other staff are lovely. Not helpful and rude. Not a great fit for the store at all. I will shop at another location or other shop from now on.
Put more staff on in your lingeree department, tried to get measured today but gave up after waiting some time for the one lady who was in the department to keep serving more and more people coming into the department. She was lovely, it’s not her fault but you need at least two people
Ladies shoe Department is the best. Staff Always super friendly. They are always super busy. But totally worth the wait.
Very disappointing. I needed assistance with buying some clothes but all the staff are busy talking to each other and ignoring customers. That could explain why the shop is deserted.
Sharon in the lingerie department is a gem Needed a specialist fitting after breast surgery and after a horrible experience at David Jones Robina I was hesitant to try another store . But Sharon was amazing , she actually came into the cubicle and properly assessed what I needed and then showed me a few bras ,adjusted them and reviewed if they were the best for me ... straight away the first two were perfect ! Her caring attitude, expertise and sunny disposition made this a enjoyable experience and I feel more confident and happy within myself with how I now look ! I was so impressed with Sharon I found the store manager and sung her praise ! Thank you
