I purchased the new alcohol-free Dior J’adore perfume from the Dior beauty counter and was served by Christen. She was so sweet and friendly - I really enjoyed her assistance. There was only the large sized bottle left so she threw in a few sample freebies. Definitely a great place to buy perfume!
I left my trolley outside the stall of the lingerie department change room when I heard some noises outside the door. Mid-change Nearly naked! thinking I was being stolen from, I popped my head out and said hello to the staff member going through my things! She said she was checking to make sure I didn't have anything from Myers and I said of course I did because I was trying on dresses before making a purchase! No announcement or permission requested, just a pervy lady going through my things. Needless to say I left quickly without purchase and feeling quite violated.
Fantastic shop, so many nice things, and always discounting various items. I always thought Myer was expensive but no! So many discounts they're are always surprises when shopping!!
Can't get served. It's like self service. Would of bought a suit and shoes if I'd have had some help. Don't think I'll worry about shopping there again.
I love Myers it has my favourite perfume chanel 5° but the other day I walked in and cause I wasn't I'm guessing dressed a fancy way I had a lady basically watching me the whole time was seeing if my perfume was there and when I went to walk out a nother lady came over and looked all through my bag then looked me up and down and said your fine you can go where we're you in the shop? And I said, looking at perfume over there, and she said ok and walked over and started looking around as I walked away .. so pretty rude . I don't steal, and just because I don't look stuck up doesn't mean I'm a thief .
I can always find what I need in store. The staff are usually friendly and helpful too. Prices can be alittle higher then other shops selling the same product but all items have always been quality.
Honestly the best customer service we have experienced! From the Bra department to the shoe department. We were impressed by the customer service and both these department s were really busy and they were all happy and smiling. However, other departments were not like this sadly dresses but we were not buying this product.
This Myer needs “Marcs” consignment store, there is nothing else close by. I found the store to be tidy and somewhat smaller than other Myers I’ve visited. 3 hr free parking situation very close by too..
This store never answers phone calls. Waited a month for stock to become available. Had stock at midnight at Charlestown click and collect. Ordered. Cancelled click and collect when I rang myers customer service they said they never had the order that it was in back order. Was told to order delivery and still says no stock. So disappointed don’t know if I’ll ever buy off Myers again.
Jodie on the Benefits and Estee Lauder counter looked after me today, Doing my makeup for a wedding. I have no words to describe how happy I am! She made me feel really comfortable and did such a beautiful job on my makeup! I have received so many compliments on my makeup, People even asking if I'm a makeup artist. Thank you so much Jodie! The Ladies here are so lovely
