After a bad experience with Carpet cleaning Perth, I tried to contact Myer. 
I scheduled a carpet cleaning service providing all the useful information about my apartment, especially that it was at the 4th floor. I've been told: '' No problem at all''.
The established day nobody showed and, after having called them, I've been replied that it was impossible to them to join the 4th floor with their equipment.
No need to say how much was the disappointment.
