My Centre Mosque in Broadmeadows offers excellent facilities and services for its community. The prayer areas are always clean and well-organized, and the mosque provides a range of educational and social programs that cater to different needs. The staff is dedicated and always ready to assist. It's a wonderful place for both spiritual growth and community engagement.
Beautiful masjid, very near to Hume Highway, best spot if you are travelling from Melbourne to Sydney or on that road from Western or Southern suburb, a point where you can pray and relax before you start the long journey.nnI prayred Jumah solat there, sheikh was very knowledgeable, during this Ramadan we prayed traveh and it was an horrible experience for kids, Qirat was nice however, the voulenteers managing kids side were very rude, and trying to implement restriction on kids as low as 18 months, even though they have seperate kids area and no noise was distrubing the solat, need to work on it.nnplenty of parking available, nice cafe also avaialble, now they are coming up with investement firm as well.nnWish them all the best.
Covid update: There are multiple Jumma prayers from 1.15 to 2 pm. There may be a wait time to attend the prayer with Jamaat.nnSpacious for Jumma prayers. The sermon starts at 1.30 pm. There's parking but its better to arrive early to avoid any inconvenience.nThe same space is used for sports activities. They provide quite a few more services including Hijama.
They waste a lot of time asking for donations. The night of 27th of Ramadan was wasted as they spent almost 2 hours chasing people for donations and doing auctions on stuff instead of focusing on taraweeh prayers.nSame happening after each Jumaa prayer and during eid prayers.nnDon't think this is the right
Alhamdulillah, one of the best, liveable and peaceful masjid. The recent change in the ambiance make it most vibrant for Taraweeh, Tahajjud and Qiyam Al-layl.
