Really thankful for the management of My Car & Auto North Rocks. They fitted me in to their schedule last minute after concerns of my tail lights not working. They found that everything was working normally and did not charge me. Very thankful for their service!
I had a really disappointing experience at Mycar North Rocks today. I was dealing with a low tyre pressure issue and had already tried filling it up myself a few times without success. Worried about the warning sign on my dashboard, I drove in and explained the situation to the staff member who appeared to be the manager.nnI was told I would need to wait 2.5 hours just for someone to check the tyre. I politely requested if it could be looked at sooner as there was an empty service bay visible. What really shocked me was being told, “I’m not going to go out in this rain to check your tyres.” It was only drizzling, not heavy rain. I was also advised to try Parramatta or Pennant Hills instead.nnI left feeling quite distressed and drove home concerned about my safety.nnThankfully, I then went to Mycar Castle Hill — and the experience was completely different. Sam and his team were absolutely wonderful. They welcomed both me and my mum warmly, offered us seats, and promptly checked the car. Within about 30 minutes, they had thoroughly inspected everything. I could see the car being lifted, checked properly, and even taken for a drive to ensure all was well.nnThey reassured me that everything was fine — and to my surprise, didn’t even charge me.nnSam and his team at Castle Hill truly deserve 500 stars. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a relieving one. I’ve usually had good experiences with Mycar, but today Castle Hill really stood out.nnThank you for restoring my faith in great customer service.nxx team Sam Castlehills
I had a great experience with mycar North Rocks when getting my tyres changed. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused.nnA special thank you to Zed, who truly made my day. He was incredibly nice, friendly, and even had a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience enjoyable. He also took the time to give me a courtesy call to let me know that the Pirelli tyres I originally purchased online were unavailable. Instead of just cancelling or downgrading, he offered me a higher-end, more expensive Pirelli model at the same price — which I really appreciated.nnExcellent service, honest communication, and great people. Highly recommend mycar North Rocks, especially if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Zed!
