I brought my waterproof watch to this store to exchange the battery. Due to deficient sealing my watch broke when I was washing my hands with the watch on. I called the shop but I was informed that they aren't liable for any damage due to a battery exchange. Nobody informed me about it when I requested to change the battery of my watch. The guy on the phone seemed aggressive towards my problem and didn't wanted to find a solution.
I bought a new watch 4 days ago at Myatt Jewellers ADINA COUNTRY MASTER 100 metres black face with date only I was shown a variety of different watches, varying in price and quality, I wasn't pressured into buying the expensive one or anything like that. I did research on the ADINA website and had already made up my mind. The staff member that served me was polite and helpful with a lot of knowledge. The store is clean and well stocked. Jeweler is in store for your convenience, I will be taking a ring in to be resized in the near future. It's nice to find a business that just doesn't think about how much cash is going in the till. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I will be a regular loyal customer. THANK YOU..
Received a beautiful bracelet for my 40th birthday in January 2022 and it has broken already!! Called and the young female said to bring the receipt which is fine and the person who bought it for me, she is 87 years old and doesn't make trips into Maryborough very often!! Unhappy!!
Lovely selection. Friendly and engaging staff. Wide range of beautiful jewellery, from budget-conscious to extravagant. On-site jeweller does repairs and manufacturing of bespoke pieces, too, with quality craftsmanship.
Lovely local Jeweller, came in with a garnet ring where the arms had been damaged and in the end he replaced the whole setting for me as he showed me exactly where there were faults in the original setting. Good price and service, have had no further issues with the ring and feel confident to come back in anytime.
