Dana was amazing and really looked after us. She was easy to deal with from start to finish and always accessible when we called. There was an issue with returning the car back to Skypark Perth airport at the end of our rental and Dana went above and beyond to help sort it out. Lovely to see a business with such personal service. There were a few issues regrading my online booking and they sorted it with no fuss. Highly recommend them, will be returning if ever in the area again.
As a repeat customer I was told at collection that my online booking over a long weekend should not have been possible and I was lucky as i would normally have to pay for both days. It was made quite clear that this was their issue after briefly being accused of doing something untoward during the booking. After Myaree Car Hire assurances that this was their problem and I could have the vehicle over the long weekend I was charged double. When i challenged this their management said I should never have been able to book it in the first place. Be very weary of Myaree Car Hire in my experience they lied and double charged due to their own mistake
