Food is decent but service is lacking. Made out dietary needs very clear on the phone. When we received something incorrect we could not eat they asked us to come collect the correct item. When my husband went they then ask him to pay the extra cost of the item. If they had told us on the phone we would have cancelled it and asked for a refund rather than spending an additional 20 minutes in the car.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly enough, but the food was pretty average, felt a bit like Aussie Thai food from the early 2000's, chopped vegies in basic sauce without much flavour. "Basil" shouldnt be used in the description if you can't taste it. It wasn't expensive though and wasn't gross, so still gets a three.

This little Thai restaurant was on top with our favourites for several years the food was always great and the service was pleasant however tonight our meal was cut short as a black hair was in my food. I am bald and my partner is blonde. After approaching the cashier organising the bill it was brought to attention and the response was “that’s no good that’s 75 dollars” for this we won’t be back. Disappointed.
Food excellent. 5 star. Table service very slow, but polite and helpful. Worth waiting for though. May have been due to staff shortages, or very busy takeaway. Well go again for sure.
Service is great and food is delicious and freshly made, they also make fried icecream.
We loved this place and the food, we used to go often from Melbourne, but this time it was disappointing because of Covid we came here after a long time, service was not that good staff was not that polite and food was not the same Tum Yum fried rice was burnt. I think this place has been taken over by some other people, as all staff and arrangement was changed.
Food taste great. But gee how many times can they keep stuffing up our orders. Maybe they should read the order taken/hear back to the customer to confirm all is correct. Will be double checking what we are given from now on as it it really annoying and frustrating having to return for correct order.
