Excellent property management service !  Both Michelle were quick at leasing out my property and resolved any tenants related issues. Chris was prompt at resolving maintenance issues. I highly recommend My Pad real estate for any real estate related service !

Have been with My Pad rentals since 2015 and it's the best one I've used in 10+yrs of renting. Michelle and Betty are amazing people, friendly and have always worked with us for any issues we have faced with both the property and financial issues due to hubby injured at work. Absolutely recommend

Rude, inconsiderate, abusive and dosent follow rta guidelines michelle will yell  and abuse you for requesting maintenance. Missplace rent you paid and credit it to someone else and charge you water for a house that isnt water efficant i recomend that you NOT rent through these guys. Absolutely disgusting behaviours

Had mostly fantastic dealings with Chris, the principal. Unfortunately Michele (SENIOR property manager) is rude, condescending, and absolutely unprofessional
