Called in to ask for a quote to replace a cracked screen and be advised to walk in to store to have a quote. Then I drove to the store with the iMac and be asked to pay $99 to for technician's check and the quote will be provided later. A complete waste of time, that is so obvious the glass screen is cracked and needs to be replace. Why do you need $99 to provide a quote? Please avoid this repair service.
An absolute joke!! Do not waste your time with this service centre. I was confirmed an ETA on 5 business days at drop-off. Called twice and left requests for a callback on day 3 and 4 to check if still on track. No calls back. Called again on day 5 and spoke with 3 staff members. Was then quoted an extra 3 days on top. "You can jump the queue, however there is a cost". What?!?! An absolute disgrace. Asking me to pay double to try and meet the original ETA. I little money hungry if you ask me. Not even any apology or attempt to try and resolve the issue.
Terrible service, went to the store to fix problem was quoted around ETA business 8-10 days. After 11 days they called to say that there was another problem that they misdiagnosed. Ridiculous as they charge $99 for diagnosis! Don't go here to repair your mac
VERY POOR. Faulty Macbook Pro 13" taken in for repair.Could find issue although showed issue in store.Nearly 3 weeks later no fix & no help.Took home crashed within an hour.Tried to run hardware test from shut down and Mac crashes. If you have an issue with your Mac DONT take here In response to comment; Actually, nobody asked me to take a video. I did do this myself eventually and sent it to Mac directly. An attempt to re-install OS stuffed the Mac up completely by the Mac support line only after I sent them a video, I don't believe any attempt was made by this shop. PLUS. I showed the problem in the store. Was witnessed by attendant. I was told it was "fixed" not that the problem wasn't replicated. Only on asking more questions did I find out nothing had been done and advised to take to another shop. Should have sent it yourselves to a Mac provider with more diagnostic ability. Not passed the buck.
Avoid at all costs. JB HIFI repair center that took 4 weeks to reset a Macbook Air and fix a minor fault. Unprofessional and disingenuous staff members!!!
I had several challenges with my Apple Mac and iPhone. The team gave me honest timely advice which left me with options, I felt the team had both the technical smarts and integrity to address my technical concerns.
Super good. Left my iphone on Monday evening, got a message Wednesday mid day ready for collection. No charges for the job done.
Unfortunately, a very poor experience overall. After a call to head office, problem was resolve, but not without a fight.
10-14 day turn around they said after I was told 7-10 for repairs
Very poor service and unprofessional attitude. Most unhelpful. Fortunately this store is now closed in sydney.
