Everybody in this store was extremely helpful and customer oriented.  They know how they can help you the best and they try for it and my laptop was repaired in a day . I really can't thank them enough. I had to visit the store twice once for diagnostic and and then to collect my laptop , both the times different representative were at the store and yet the quality of service was consistent and amazing.

Had an amazing experience here!  I needed to fix my iPhone’s screen, and Ivan helped me so much throughout the process.  They were professional, thoughtful, and gave great support.  They diagnosed to make sure what exactly the fix will, and set a quick timeline. Really appreciate it :  Highly recommended.

My iPhone13 had frozen and couldn’t do a restart to reset. The staff member quickly did a force restart and the problem was fixed. He also offered to do a system check. I offered him some money but kindly declined. Great to see service like this is still around! Thank you !!!

Highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy the apple devices or repair their devices. The staffs are really nice and they repair my MacBook within 2 days. So thankful to Jon and everyone else in the store.

After 3 years living in Melbourne, it was the best spot that I found in the city, to get assist with my Apple devices.  Ivan was super kind, helpful and very professional with me. He help me on various occasions and the service was fast and perfect. Super recomendable. This shop for Apple users is absoluty a gem. Thanks guys!

USELESS SERVICES  I Went into this store under the assumption they were affiliated with Mac. I needed access to my iPhone for some reason its asking for activation. I have owned this mobile phone for under 6 months now and it was in use all this time. I purchased this brand new. Instead they ran an update and restored information which is NOT what I was after. I specifically said I did not care if I lost the stuff on the phone currently because its new. Time and money wasted back to square one.  I also stated that I had rung apple support already TWICE and given detailed steps after that failed I went in to see these people. AVOID. PLEASE.Go only if you need to buy some tech gadgets.

Horrible experience. The store manager or whoever after I was informed from an agent of a mobile phone availability. Asked me when I wanted to purchase the phone if I want to buy a case or a cover for it. I said no. Then he look to a screen in front of him and said sorry. We don’t have it . Like they would have sold the phone if I bought 50$ case. Such unacceptable poor behavior No wonder why the rate of the store is such low

Amazing customer service, Ivan helped me with the issues in my AirPods, I’ll totally come back if any happen to my apple stuff.

A “ Shout Out” for fabulous service at My Mac Store - 180 Flinders. Accred. Apple Support. Paired my new Apple AirTag with our 2 x iPhones - no cost and friendly advice! David was absolutely fantastic. Nothing a bother. Highly recommend for an Oldie like me
