The staff in this store are rude. No knowledge or any friendly customer service. Both staff members were young and incompetent. I simply went in to buy a colander. Didn't leave with a colander - decided I'd take my money elsewhere to Robin's Kitchen. Appalled by the lack of service and the fact I was ignored. Really is a-shame to see younger staff behave this way. Customer service is no longer valued. Will not step foot into a House store again if this is the kind of service I will receive.
Refuse to take cash which is Australian LEGAL TENDER! Shameful behaviour, discriminatory to the max, my grandmother was rejected because she didn't have a credit card to pay with!
You can buy those dishwasher safe, non-stick fry pan, but it will look pretty bad even with extra care passing 3 months, When you ask for warranty, then they gave u a number to call which never connects to any one. Too much effort for replacement / Warranty claim. Helpful when you buy but after sales is none ! so take that in to account when you try to buy from them.
The staff are fabulous and always super helpful. I've bought a lot from this store for both my business and my home and have never had an issue
