came here for supper. I wanted to really enjoy it but I feel much can be improved.nnfood: huge portion, and I liked the burger as patty was juicy and flavourful. cheesesteak I’d rate it 6.5/10, for the generous protein and sauce but lack flavour and texture you expect from a cheese steak.nndeco/atmosphere: tables were not cleared promptly, plates and trays are neglected for awhile even after customers left. even the cleared tables, was not cleaned. I had to wipe the table when I got seated as the sides on my own as there were leftover sauces and sticky, food debris.nnA lot of potential if only the service side improves. They’re nice and friendly though but it would be helpful if they are more focused on handling the store, as it looks like they’re playing around, which is perfectly fine only when the basic housekeeping and service standards are met. :
My partner and I visited tonight. Ordered classic chicken and waffles & Americana Philly Hoagie.nnFirst impressions, the restaurant was really hot and no aircon seemed to be on, thought it might cool down but it didn’t.nBoth meals were really dry with very little sauce. The chicken was especially dry and hard because it was overcooked. We ordered Philly & Chips as menu states but it didn’t come with chips so had to ask for them. The plate was so small so no room for any sauce & was spilling out all over the table.nBeing opposite Varsity, we thought they would know they gotta be good to compete but unfortunately was definitely not up to scratch.nnAlso the decor was very tacky and cheap and even the walls were all scuffed & could do with a paint.
Food is delicious and well priced. I recommend the ground beef option!!!! So good I licked the plate clean. Staff are friendly and thankfully will put up with our shenanigans. The churros are super crispy would recommend the chocolate fudge sauce . Portion sizes are huge you’ll definitely have enough to bring home. Can’t wait to come back
Food are really good, dessert are good and staff are very accommodating and gave us free ice cream and brownies overload due to wrong food delivery to us they really did good job handling this. The restaurant has a room for the kids and good ambience too, I highly recommend this place and worth a visit.
My Grill Friend is amazing and I would 11/10 recommend. Went there with my partner for Valentine’s Day and they set up flowers and petals in our own private area.nnAlso gave us complementary churros too!nnService was absolutely amazing and staff are all so friendly.nnFood was delicious and if you’re after something that’s just spicy, greasy and amazing come to this place.nnThanks for the special night! Definetly coming back again.
