Dr Helen Hawkins is a family friendly General Practitioner who offers a wide range of medical services at My GP Mackay.

Story

DR HELEN HAWKINS graduated from the University of Qld in 1980. She has undertaken further study in general practice, particularly women’s' health. Her special interests are all aspects of general practice, prevention, early detection and treatment of common conditions such as skin cancers, asthma, mental health and osteoporosis. She was involved in a teledermatology project with the University of Queensland to improve timely treatment of skin conditions. Dr Hawkins provides advice and treatment on all aspects of women's health, and the management of psychological problems.
